Job Summary:

This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating college-wide systems and processes within the District Educational Partnerships office. This positions plans, implements, and maintains college-wide partnerships and agreements in compliance with Coordinating Board regulations and SACSCOC compliance requirements and provides support to the District Educational Partnerships team and the TCC campus Educational Partnerships offices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements*
⦁ Partners with the district and campus level leaders to design, develop, implement, manage, and evaluate college-wide educational partnerships
⦁ Manages partnerships with external community, industry, and educational stakeholders such as non-credit partnerships, letters of agreement, data sharing agreements, testing partnerships, and Tarrant To & Through (T3) partnership
⦁ Creates and maintains documentation for College-wide processes relating to Educational Partnerships, such as Memorandums of Understanding, Data Sharing Agreements, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) requirements, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) compliance
⦁ Interprets key metrics to develop strategies which positively impact partnership development and expansion, student matriculation and transfer, and credential completion
⦁ Executes and manages special events and projects as assigned
⦁ Provides resource management, analysis, and reporting to department leadership of assigned partnerships
⦁ Collaborates with the Office of Communications, Public Relations, and Marketing to develop and update promotional materials and web communications for TCC Educational Partnerships, and oversees ongoing Educational Partnerships information website maintenance
⦁ Coordinates with other district offices and campus divisions to ensure effective and efficient educational partnerships operations, communication, and reporting
⦁ Acts as a team lead to coordinate the work of and mentor junior team members

Service Excellence
⦁ Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
⦁ Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
⦁ Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision
Works under the general supervision of the assigned department leader

Required Minimum Qualifications:

⦁ Master’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
⦁ Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in a multi-campus community college setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience developing and implementing inter-institutional agreements
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience developing and implementing non-credit and continuing education partnerships
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in strategic planning and implementation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

⦁ Knowledge of THECB regulations and SACSCOC compliance
⦁ Skilled in organization, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
⦁ Skilled using applications and enterprise systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software
⦁ Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
⦁ Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others
⦁ Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
⦁ Ability to be an extremely effective, independent, and resourceful team player
⦁ Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations while exhibiting strong attention to detail and organization
⦁ Ability to complete work to meet College and campus deliverables, delegating when necessary
