        Job Summary:

        Reporting to the Director, Academic Support, the Coordinator of Section Maintenance and Curriculum Support is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks and providing technical support for section building, ordering, maintenance, and curriculum processes.

        Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

        Essential Performance Requirements*
        ⦁ Provides oversight of workflow and technical procedures related to section building, ordering, maintenance, prior learning assessment, exception to degree audits and other Academic Support Services' processes
        ⦁ Develops and maintains procedure manuals and training materials for district-wide use in course-section ordering, building and maintenance, prior learning assessment and exception to degree audits
        ⦁ Conducts or facilitates training sessions as needed to equip stakeholders, including instructional leaders and support staff, in adherence to operational procedures related to course-section ordering, building and maintenance, prior learning assessment and exception to degree audits
        ⦁ Collaborates with Curriculum and Educational Planning, IT, Institutional Research state reporting team, and end-user stakeholders to trouble shoot and resolve issues with course-section forms and other processes in the system
        ⦁ Completes regular auditing of academic tables and course-section entries in the system through reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with the Academic Course Guide and Workforce Educational Course Manuals
        ⦁ Creates and maintains power queries, dashboards, and workflows for section, course, program, transfer, and other Academic Support Service processes

        ⦁ Participates on Councils, Task Forces, and other TCC Committees, as assigned.
        ⦁ Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the Essential Performance Requirements*
        ⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
        ⦁ Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
        ⦁ Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

        Supervision
        ⦁ Works under the general supervision of Director, Academic Support

        *Performs Other Related Tasks as Required

        Required Minimum Qualifications:

        ⦁ Bachelor's degree and three (3) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

        Preferred Qualifications:

        ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience at Tarrant County College in an office responsible for course-section development and planning, including experience in section ordering, building, and maintenance
        ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience with integrated student information systems
        ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience using Smart Sheet for workflows and dashboards

        Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

        ⦁ Knowledge of state and federal requirements applicable to higher education
        ⦁ Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
        ⦁ Ability to use computer applications and enterprise systems, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
        ⦁ Ability to prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, pro-actively, and with follow-through completion
        ⦁ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly while exhibiting strong attention to detail and organization
        ⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
        ⦁ Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
        ⦁ Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations
        ⦁ Ability to delegate work appropriately to faculty and staff to meet College and campus deliverables
