Compensation Details:  Starting Pay - $62,600; Commensurate with education and experience

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational support for business partnership activities, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and follow-up for employer engagements and workforce training programs. This role ensures alignment of internal inputs, timelines, approvals, and resources for proposals, contracts, program setup, and delivery while maintaining accurate tracking systems and supporting marketing, outreach, and financial processes. The role also serves as a liaison among internal teams, faculty, contractors, and partners to ensure timely, high-quality program execution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements
⦁ Coordinates administrative and operational support for business partnership activities, including scheduling, logistics, documentation, and follow-up related to employer engagements and workforce training programs.
⦁ Coordinates internal inputs, timelines, and required approvals to support proposal development, contract documentation, and program setup
⦁ Assists with coordination of facilitators, instructors, coaches, and consultants, including confirmations, onboarding documentation, and schedule alignment.
⦁ Maintains accurate records in various tracking systems to support sales pipelines, client engagement history, and program status reporting.
⦁ Coordinates marketing and outreach logistics for customized training programs and Continuing Education offerings, in collaboration with Business Solutions Partners and other internal teams.
⦁ Supports budget tracking, invoice processing, and expenditure monitoring related to customized workforce training programs, under direction of department leadership.
⦁ Serves as a liaison between Business Solutions Partners, faculty, contractors, grants staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality program delivery.

Service Excellence
⦁ Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations
⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
⦁ Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through the Tarrant County College (TCC) Institute
⦁ Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision
Works under periodic supervision of the assigned department leadership

Required Minimum Qualifications:

⦁ Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements, or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ Master’s degree
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience working in a college or university setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements
⦁ One (1) year experience coordinating contracts, proposals, or customized training programs in a business-to-business or institutional setting
⦁ One (1) year experience working with external partners, employers, consultants, or contractors in a coordinated service delivery model.
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience with AI prompt engineering
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience using social networking (e.g., LinkedIn) for lead generation and relationship building

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

⦁ Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships
⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
⦁ Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
⦁ Ability to use computer applications and enterprise systems, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
