Job Summary:
Reporting to the District Director of Digital Strategy, the Manager of SEO and Analytics is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and management of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives and digital analytics across all TCC digital platforms. This role ensures the visibility, performance, and continuous optimization of the college’s online presence through data-driven insights.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Performance Requirements*
Develops and executes comprehensive SEO strategies to increase visibility and traffic across TCC digital presences.
Analyzes digital data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of online campaigns, content performance, and user experience.
Collaborates with content editors and developers to implement SEO best practices across digital presences.
Oversees the implementation and optimization of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Prepares reports and dashboards to communicate insights, performance trends, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
Conducts keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
Ensures TCC digital presences meet accessibility standards, user experience benchmarks, and SEO compliance.
Supports the Digital Strategy department by providing data-informed strategies to meet outlined digital objectives.
Service Excellence
Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
Supervision
Works under the general supervision of the District Director of Digital Strategy

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements, or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one (1) year’s working experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO platforms (e.g., BrightEdge), Social media platforms and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio) to track and report analytics and measure performance metrics and rankings
At least one (1) year’s working experience in a higher education or large public institution related to the Essential Performance Requirements
Current certification in Google Analytics, SEO, or related area
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in relation to SEO and analytics tracking
Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
Skilled using computer applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations
