Job Summary:

Reporting to the Executive Director of IT Systems, the IT Systems Integrations Lead is responsible for supporting the technical integrations and cloud architecture between the college's ERP system and separate internal and third-party systems. This position will use technical skills and knowledge of customer business challenges to provide connected solutions to Tarrant County College District. The work ranges from technical configuration, vendor oversight, QA and testing, troubleshooting and break/fix support up to full cloud architecture design.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements*
⦁ Serves as the technical lead in the design and development of software/data integration solutions
⦁ Provides oversight of integration software development lifecycle (SDLC)
⦁ Works with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies into Enterprise Architecture
⦁ Prepares needed documentation and presents in required project, design, or architecture review meetings
⦁ Communicates project status to all levels of management
⦁ Leads internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members
⦁ Ensures the technology standards for version control are applied
⦁ Ensures all required documents are delivered, documentation updated, tests are completed
⦁ Assists with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
⦁ Monitors emerging technologies and seek opportunity for growth and long-term success of integrations

Service Excellence
⦁ Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the Essential Performance Requirements*
⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
⦁ Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision
⦁ Works under the general supervision of Executive Director of IT Systems

*Performs Other Related Tasks as Required

Required Minimum Qualifications:

⦁ Bachelor's Degree
⦁ Three (3) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience using Agile Methodologies to run daily scrum meetings and provide timely status reports to Integration Manager and Project Management teams
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in application development in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, and SQL Server/Azure SQL
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience with ERP Systems, CRM systems, financial management systems, and systems integrations with SaaS and on Prem vendors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of all SDLC Phases
Knowledge of microservice architectures
Knowledge of application and integrations design focused on iPaaS solutions using Azure and Dynamics Power Platform (Function Apps, Logic Apps, Flow Automate, App Services, ⦁ ⦁ Azure Data Factory Services)
⦁ Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns, EDI, data integration tools and technologies
⦁ Knowledge of Cloud Services best practices and REST API development best practices
⦁ Knowledge of various data structures (XML, jSon, text delimited, .csv, etc.) at the working level
⦁ Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
⦁ Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
⦁ Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations
⦁ Ability to delegate work appropriately to faculty and staff to meet College and campus deliverables
