Job Summary:

This role is responsible for identifying market opportunities, cultivating strategic client relationships, and delivering customized workforce training programs that help organizations achieve their strategic objectives and enhance performance. This role blends consultative sales, instructional design, and facilitation, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across internal teams to identify and expand Continuing Education opportunities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements*
⦁ Monitors industry trends and proactively identifies new business opportunities to meet market demand
⦁ Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with regional employers and business leaders
⦁ Assesses employer needs and develops tailored workforce training solutions
⦁ Creates proposals, designs, delivers, and evaluates customized training programs aligned with industry requirements
⦁ Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure offerings that reflect institutional strengths and community needs
⦁ Recruits, manages, and coordinates facilitators, coaches, instructors, and consultants to ensure high-quality program delivery, including timely confirmations and reminders
⦁ Maintains CRM records and manages sales pipelines effectively
⦁ Oversees marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment and financial goals
⦁ Partners with the grants office to identify grant opportunities and facilitate grant requirements
⦁ Develops and nurtures long-term client relationships
⦁ Analyzes organizational needs and recommends workflow process improvements
⦁ Provides direction for facilitators, coaches, and consultants including both TCC faculty and outside contractors

Service Excellence
⦁ Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
⦁ Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant ⦁ County College (TCC)
⦁ Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision
⦁ Works under the general supervision of the assigned department leader

Required Minimum Qualifications:

⦁ Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements, or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ Master’s degree in business, sales, marketing, organizational development, or related field
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience selling in a business-to-business (B2B) model
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience with sales forecasting and budget management
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience using social networking (e.g., LinkedIn) for lead generation and relationship building
⦁ Current industry-related credentials (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP).
⦁ Certification in industry assessments (e.g., Myers-Briggs, Birkman, Human Synergistics)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

⦁ Knowledge of AI technologies and strategies for integrating AI into client processes to achieve greater efficiency and productivity
⦁ Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships with a strong customer-oriented philosophy and focus
⦁ Skilled in oral, electronic, and written communications
⦁ Skilled in time management, organization, and negotiation
⦁ Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
⦁ Ability to negotiate effectively without compromising the value of a program
⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
⦁ Ability to think critically and strategically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
⦁ Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
⦁ Ability to develop and deliver customized workforce solutions
⦁ Ability to facilitate, coach, and consult to help stakeholders improve workforce performance and organizational effectiveness
